A.D.O.P.T. clinic expands community veterinary services
A.D.O.P.T. Pet Shelter in Naperville recently announced the expansion of its community clinic services, furthering its mission to provide accessible, compassionate care for pets in need.
Beginning July 10, the clinic will offer appointments for minor illness and injury — in addition to wellness exams, vaccinations, and spay/neuter surgeries.
This expansion reflects A.D.O.P.T.’s ongoing commitment to remove barriers to care for pet families, especially those facing financial challenges.
“Our community clinic is more than a veterinary resource — it’s a lifeline for the families we serve,” said Chris Yelle, executive director of A.D.O.P.T. “We believe that every pet deserves medical care, and no one should have to choose between their pet’s health and their financial security.”
The new services include care for minor conditions such as skin irritations, ear infections, minor wounds, and other nonemergency issues. Services are available by appointment on Thursdays and Fridays.
To help ensure affordability, special pricing is available for veterans, individuals with disabilities, and those receiving Social Security or Link (SNAP) benefits.
Services Include: vaccines and wellness exams; minor illness/injury visits; spay/neuter surgery; microchipping; parasite prevention; and more.
Appointments can be scheduled by calling (630) 355-2299 ext. 201 or visiting www.adoptpetshelter.org.
