Palatine police hosting beat meeting May 30

The Palatine Police Department will host a Spring Police Beat 8100 meeting from 1-3 p.m. Friday, May 30, at the Palatine Senior Center, 505 S. Quentin Road.

The community gathering is an opportunity for residents to meet the officers who serve their neighborhood. Residents can share concerns and ask questions about traffic, safety and other local issues.

Beat 8100 covers the southwest section of town, from Palatine Road to the north extending south to the village limits. It stretches east to west from Hicks Road to Roselle Road. The area includes Fremd High School, District 211 Academy North, Hunting Ridge, Pleasant Hill and Stuart Paddock elementary schools, and Harper College.
