Deadline extended to join Side Street Studio Arts’ open air market

On Saturday, June 14, Side Street Studio Arts in Elgin will host The Weave, an open-market event where artists and community members can sell, swap, or give away handmade items, found treasures, or gently used clothing.

This event from 1 to 5 p.m. is designed to foster a collaborative space where we can share our art and resources while building community.

Bring any amount of items to sell or trade — just let them know how much space you need, and they will do their best to accommodate.

No need for a full table? Participate in the free clothes swap station where you can drop off gently used clothing and take what you need. (Unclaimed items at the end of the event will be donated.)

They have extended the deadline to May 30 for vendors to apply. There are no fees. Sign up via sidestreetstudioarts.org.
