Doing what voters want

When I open my Daily Herald, I turn right to the Opinion page to see how many more people have TDS. And also to see what misinformation is being written. The latest is the Medicaid/Medicare cuts. Listen up, there are no cuts to each person’s Medicaid/Medicare. Because of DOGE finding and eliminating waste, fraud and abuse, thereby saving money, the budget for these programs is being reduced, not the individual benefits. The Democrats are misleading you.

Donald Trump is working hard to remove waste, fraud and abuse all across the government. That’s why Democrats are upset. The DOGE team is cutting off the gravy train to a lot of people in government. Every election, people running for president or Congress, etc., always promise to do what Trump’s team is doing. But they never do.

This is why Trump got elected, and he’s doing what he promised to do.
