As local as it gets

Former U S Representative Tip O’Neil once said “All politics are local.”

With the release of the specifics of the “one big beautiful bill,” which leaves out the promise of the end of income taxes on Social Security, not reducing Medicaid and any relief to the middle class, I would add the following to Tip’s famous quotation … “and all local politics are personal.”
