Veterans benefits fair set for Friday in Batavia

The Batavia Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1197 will have a benefits fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, May 2, at the post, 645 S. River St. (Route 25), in Batavia.

There will be more than 50 vendors, including representatives from the Veterans Administration, Veterans Assistance Commission, Social Security Administration, Nicor, veteran non-profit organizations and veteran-owned businesses.

Attendees can speak with experts, gather information, and ask questions about programs and services available to them.
