Beer Garden at Independence Grove Forest Preserve in Libertyville set to reopen

The Beer Garden at Independence Grove, 16400 Buckley Road (Route 137) in Libertyville, will reopen Friday, May 2.

The venue at Independence Grove Forest Preserve offers a lakeside setting with craft beer brewed in Lake County, other beverages and packaged snacks.

It is open Friday through Sunday from 1 to 9 p.m., with special hours May 5 for Cinco de Mayo and May 26 for Memorial Day.

Starting May 27, it’s open Tuesday through Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m., and Friday through Sunday and holidays from 1 to 9 p.m.
