Limit presidential power

I say the president of the United States has too much power. Be it Trump, be it Biden, or all those who preceded them. Why isn’t this possibility even discussed on television news, the newspapers or in Washington? Or is it Congress’s failure to step up? Or is it our fault, the voters, for putting the wrong people into office?
