Congress must intervene

Donald Trump is in direct violation of a SCOTUS ruling. He has “disappeared” a legal resident, without due process, without evidence, beyond contact, legal representation or protections that might be afforded by the US legal system. He is suggesting the same may be done to US citizens. Is the problem not clear enough? Congress holds the solution in their hands.
