FBI searching for Aurora bank robbery suspect
The FBI is seeking the public’s assistance locating a suspect who robbed a Fifth Third Bank branch located at 2998 Ogden Avenue in Aurora Monday afternoon.
The robbery occurred just before 2:30 p.m., authorities said.
The suspect made a verbal demand for money and then fled on foot. Authorities did not say how much money the robber received.
The suspect is described as a Black male in his late 20s or early 30s with a slender build, standing between 5-feet-8-inches and six-feet tall, according to the FBI.
The suspect was wearing sunglasses, a black hoodie, black sweatpants, brown work boots and carrying a black plastic grocery bag.
