Migratory bird walk around Butler Lake in Libertyville

Bird lovers are invited to a free guided watch and walk around Butler Lake in Libertyville in search of spring migratory birds from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday, April 26.

Dress appropriately for the weather and bring suitable footwear and a pair of binoculars. The walk is roughly 2.5 miles around the lake.

Meet at the Crawford Warming House, 817 W. Lake St. Visit the village’s recreation department site to register or call (847) 918-7275.
