Geneva library to host volunteer fair featuring over 20 local organizations
Are you looking for a great volunteering opportunity?
The Geneva Public Library is hosting a volunteer fair from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 5. The event will be held in the meeting room of the library, 227 S. Seventh St.
Learn about the many different kinds of volunteer opportunities in the community. Stop by and meet representatives from various organizations, ask questions, and find out more about the volunteer opportunities.

In addition, Versiti's mobile blood drive will be at the library from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the library parking lot. Versiti Blood Center of Illinois and Geneva Public Library are teaming up to save lives with a blood drive, and they need your help! Each donation impacts and saves three lives. Versiti Blood Center of Illinois supplies blood to 70 local hospitals.
Appointments begin every 15 minutes. Go to the library website to register for a time slot and complete preregistration materials using this link. Walk-ins will be welcome! Expect your appointment to take between 45 minutes to an hour. Bring a photo ID.
