Deep roots, passion for community
As a longtime resident of Arlington Heights, I am proud to support Greg Zyck for village trustee in the upcoming April 1 election.
Over his 12 years on the Arlington Heights Memorial Library Board, Greg played a key role in ensuring that the community benefited from enhanced services, including the successful launch of the Makerplace. Remarkably, for 10 of those years, this was accomplished without raising the tax levy. Greg’s ability to balance fiscal responsibility with delivering impactful services is a testament to his thoughtful leadership.
Beyond his service at the library, Greg spent six years contributing to the village’s Housing Commission, where he worked on initiatives to assist first-time homebuyers. His experience in evaluating municipal budgets and addressing community needs showcases his dedication to Arlington Heights.
Greg’s community involvement also extends to mentoring young minds through Cub Scouts, participating actively in PTA efforts and engaging in his children’s sports activities. These commitments reflect his deep roots in the community and his passion for making Arlington Heights a thriving and welcoming place for all.
