Dundee Township Backyard Garden Club offers scholarship
Each year, the Backyard Garden Club of Dundee Township offers a scholarship that could be up to $2,000 to qualifying student(s) that are pursuing a career in agriculture, conservation, floriculture, landscape design or other environmental science related fields.
This scholarship is available to graduating seniors and current college students that attend or have graduated from Algonquin-based Community Unit District 300 schools or reside in Dundee Township.
Interested students should contact the guidance departments at Dundee Crown, Jacobs and Hampshire high schools for the application, or contact pfahy3@gmail.com.
The deadline for the application is Monday, April 14.
