Uniquely prepared to be village trustee

In these increasingly politically polarized times, it is important to remember that nonpartisan local elections matter. The people that live in your community and represent you on your local boards make decisions that have a huge impact on the quality of life in your neighborhoods, on your home values, on your children’s education, on your safety, on your enjoyment in your community and your overall feeling of well-being.

Therefore, it is important to elect officials who are thoughtful, fiscally responsible, respectful of others and open to listening to differing viewpoints. A person that can work well with others, has community service experience, love for and roots in the village and will work hard for the betterment of Arlington Heights and who has an actual track record in doing so.

In my opinion, Greg Zyck has all of those attributes and would be a great asset to have as an Arlington Heights village trustee. With his background in marketing and sales, his experience with small business owners and his 12 years spent on the AH library board, he comes with a diverse skill set that makes him uniquely prepared to help steer the village into its future endeavors.

I am confident that he will look at all concepts and ideas that are brought before the board with an open mind and empathetic manner and make a decision that benefits all of us living in Arlington Heights and work to preserve the quality of living we all enjoy here. My vote, and I hope yours, will go to Greg Zyck for village trustee.
