Sports facility could relocate within Mundelein

The Mundelein village board meets Monday night to discuss an entrepreneur’s plan to relocate a sports training facility from the village’s south side to its northwest side.

The company behind The Bolt, 300 Townline Road, wants to move the business to vacant land on the 28000 block of North Route 83. Plans call for the village to first annex the land for the project.

Monday’s meeting is set for 7 p.m. at village hall, 300 Plaza Circle.
