Craft Beer Fest Returns to Historic Long Grove April 26

The highly anticipated Long Grove Craft Beer Fest is returning on April 26, bringing the best of Chicagoland’s craft beer scene to the heart of the picturesque and historic village. This is more than just a beer festival, it’s a celebration of handmade, artisan brews crafted by over 20 of the area’s top breweries and cideries; for a current list, visit longgrove.org/festivals/craftbeerfest.

This year’s festival will take place at Brothers’ Field, Long Grove’s newest outdoor venue, in the heart of the village’s historic district. The event’s backdrop includes cobblestone walkways, centuries-old buildings, and an iconic covered bridge. With its 30,000 square feet of open green space, vintage barns, fire pits and festive tents, Brothers’ Field offers the ultimate springtime setting for a craft beer celebration.

From noon to 4 p.m., festivalgoers will have access to unlimited 3-ounce pours from some of the top-tier breweries in the region. Whether it’s a crisp lager, a hoppy IPA, or a smooth stout, the diverse selection of artisan beers reflects the creativity and craftsmanship of local brewers. Many of the breweries will also showcase seasonal offerings that capture the essence of spring, making it a celebration of fresh flavors and unique brews. One ticket grants access to unlimited samples, allowing attendees to explore the full range of offerings while enjoying the open air and the camaraderie of fellow beer lovers.

Organized by the Historic Downtown Long Grove Business Association, Craft Beer Fest 2025 will also feature live music from Sunflower Headlights, a folk rock band known for their energetic performances and 60s and 70s-inspired tunes. Their lively set will add to the vibrant atmosphere, making the event even more memorable. Food vendors will also be on hand, offering delicious tastes to pair with the brews, ensuring that guests have everything they need for the perfect outdoor experience.
