One person injured in ‘domestic-related’ shooting in Aurora
One person was hurt after being shot during what Aurora police described as a “domestic-related” incident Tuesday afternoon.
Police described the person’s injuries as “non-life-threatening.”
Police were called to a home on the 1000 block of North Edgelawn Drive just before 4:30 p.m.
A man at the home told officers he fired a gun during an altercation inside the home and it struck one person. The injured person was transported to a hospital.
Police said there is no ongoing threat to the community. The shooting remains under investigation. No charges have been announced.
