Fox River Arts Ramble seeks artists and art spaces for 2025 event

This year’s Fox River Arts Ramble will take place on Saturday, June 7.

Since its inception in 2017, art spaces, organizations (both nonprofit and for-profit), and artists with physical locations along the Fox River corridor — from Aurora to Elgin — open their doors to the public for this one-day event.

This event is an opportunity to showcase the arts and cultural spaces in the Fox River Valley area.

Visitors can stop by one location, multiple locations, or all of them. Lynn Caldwell, executive director of the Fine Line Creative Arts Center in St. Charles, shares, “The response to this event over the years has been great. Each year, we see more visitors come to the area to view and purchase art, watch art demonstrations, and listen to artist talks and live music.”

Currently, the Fox River Arts Ramble team, led by the Fine Line Creative Arts Center, is seeking artists and arts organizations (both nonprofit and for-profit) located in towns along the river corridor from Aurora to Elgin to participate in this one-day arts tour.

There are two ways to participate in this event:

1. As an art gallery, arts organization, or artist with a home studio that will be open to visitors on the day of the event. Your location must be in the Fox River Valley area for this category.

2. If you are an artist who wishes to participate, you can apply for a tent space at the Fine Line Creative Arts Center in St. Charles.

A fee of $100 applies for both categories. The deadline for receiving applications is Wednesday, March 12.
