Save immigrants who are kind, hard-working
My husband and I have been teaching ESL for quite a few years. We have met many beautiful immigrants. The young family we are now teaching has an upcoming court date for which they will need to hire an expensive lawyer.
They will probably be deported as part of Trump’s “purge.” For those of you cheering, perhaps you have not met any of these kind, hard-working people. This particular couple is extremely hard-working, responsible, respectful, kind, takes nothing from the government but pays taxes and Social Security. They are fantastic additions to America.
They each work two jobs with pay, schedules and duties most Americans wouldn’t tolerate. Who will take their places and pay their taxes? I’m surprised that I don’t hear of factories, restaurants, landscapers, etc., up in arms over losing their responsible cheap labor.
Please let Trump deport the criminals, gangs and cartels, maybe even those using government funds while not working, but save the hard-working, wonderful people I know. Please.
