I-90 crash sends one to hospital

Illinois State Police is investigating an early morning crash Saturday on westbound Interstate 90, west of Harmony Road in Hampshire.

State troopers responded around 6:54 a.m. to a report of a two-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer, authorities said.

A preliminary investigation shows one occupant was airlifted to a hospital with injuries, authorities said.

All lanes were reopened at about 10:35 a.m.

The crash is under investigation and no additional information is available at this time.
