Lake Villa Township then and now topic of fireside chat
Lake Villa Township Supervisor Dan Venturi will delve into community history during a fireside chat at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 15.
The event presented by the Lake Villa Historical Society will highlight significant landmarks and properties that have shaped the local identity. Venturi will share insights into the development of the township, stories behind important properties and ongoing efforts to preserve the area’s heritage.
The presentation will be held at Peacock Camp, 21777 N. Edgewood Drive, Lake Villa. Admission is free. Light refreshments will be served.
