Fox Chamber Singers celebrating love through music

The Fox Chamber Singers will celebrate love with its “All We Need” concert on Sunday, Feb. 16. It will feature music from vintage to modern, pop and classical, celebrating facets of love.

The concert will be at 3 p.m. at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 420 W. Downer Place in Aurora.

Lisa Fredenburgh, FCS founder and Aurora University choral activities director, will conduct.

Featured pieces will include “Five Hebrew Love Songs” by Eric Whitacre, featuring a violin accompaniment; “Feller from Fortune,” arranged by Harry Sommers; and “In Love With You” by Alec Powell.

A member of the Aurora-based Fox Valley Music Consortium, the group comprises highly skilled singers, dedicated to their art and seeking to create inspiring experiences for their audience.

Tickets online are $18.50 and $15 for students and seniors, $24 and $20 for students and seniors at the door.
