Armed driver threatened two people in Des Plaines, police say
A man driving a black Cadillac sedan in Des Plaines on Saturday night got out of the car and pointed a handgun at two people in another car, police said.
The confrontation occurred about 6:25 p.m. on the 1400 block of Ellinwood Street after the Cadillac turned unexpectedly in front of the other car, police said in a news release. Both occupants of the other car live in Des Plaines, a spokesman said.
The driver with the gun was last seen headed north on Lee Street, police said.
