Mundelein mayoral forum set for Feb. 12

Mundelein mayoral candidates Robin Meier and Tim Wilson will participate in a public candidate forum Feb. 12.

The event is set for 6:30 p.m. at Mundelein High School, 1350 W. Hawley St. It will be moderated by students.

Both Meier and Wilson are trustees on the village board. Meier has run for mayor twice before, in 2013 and 2021.

Three-term incumbent Mayor Steve Lentz isn’t seeking reelection.

The consolidated local election is April 1.
