Huntley man accused of possessing images of child sexual abuse
A Huntley man faces 10 charges of possessing sexual images of children younger than 13.
Raymond J. Bonno, 54, of the 10600 block of Charles Street, was charged with 10 counts of possessing images of child sexual abuse, according to a criminal complaint filed in McHenry County court last week.
Bonno was released with pretrial conditions after a hearing before Judge Cynthia Lamb last week. The conditions prohibit Bonno from leaving the state without the court’s permission, from approaching or communicating with any minors and from going anywhere that minors are present, court records show. He also must submit to GPS monitoring and obey a curfew from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Additionally, the court ordered Bonno to surrender all electronic devices. Any electronics he is allowed to use must have a court monitoring system installed. He was ordered to stay off the internet, can only use a flip phone without internet access, and can have no computer at his home, according to court documents.
Bonno is set to appear in court on Feb. 26, according to court records.
