‘Carnage’ just beginning

Eight years ago, at his inauguration, Donald Trump spoke about “American carnage.” On Jan. 20, he unleashed his carnage on America. Dehumanizing immigrants. Stripping away rights to citizenship guaranteed in the Constitution. Retreating on planet-saving green policies. Embracing planet-killing fossil fuels. Eliminating safeguards to keep Big Tech in check. Get-out-of-jail free cards to 1,500 conspirators, insurrectionists, rioters and seditionists. Giving his billionaire bros free run of the White House and Capitol Hill. All in one day. Imagine what this country will look like in four years. Wake up, America.
