With a goal of 10,000 participants, HSS Aurora encourages people of all ages, races, ethnicities, and faiths to join in practicing yoga, fostering holistic well-being, and embracing a healthier lifestyle to start the new year. Research has consistently demonstrated the profound physiological and psychological benefits of yoga when practiced regularly.
Since its inception in 2007, the Yogathon has engaged participants across 43 states, collaborating with yoga centers, community organizations, schools, and colleges to expand access to the practice and its benefits.
This year’s Yogathon will continue through Sunday, Feb. 2.
