St. Charles Business Alliance accepting entries for St. Patrick’s Parade
The St. Charles Business Alliance is now accepting entries for the 2025 St. Charles St. Patrick’s Parade. Local businesses, community groups and nonprofits are encouraged to participate in this year’s parade.
The annual parade will be held on Saturday, March 15. It will step off at 2 p.m. at Sixth Street and travel east along Main Street to conclude at Fourth Avenue.
The Irish celebration will begin earlier in the day with an opening ceremony at 11 a.m. on the First Street Plaza. Sit back and enjoy live music from bagpipers and entertainment from Irish dancers! Make sure to wear your very best green outfit but make sure you dress accordingly for the weather conditions.
The popular parade will have a maximum of 80 units. The deadline to submit an entry form is Friday, Feb. 14.
All entries must include each of the following documents:
• A completed entry form
• A certificate of insurance naming the St. Charles Business Alliance and the city of St. Charles as additional insureds.
• A signed copy of the St. Patrick’s Parade rules and safety guidelines.
Applicants also must include the entry fee. It is $300 for business entries, $325 for political entries, and $50 for nonprofit entries. Make all checks payable to: St. Charles Business Alliance on or before Feb. 14, 2025.
