River Grove man charged with burglary of Bartlett home

A River Grove man was charged Tuesday in connection with the burglary of a Bartlett home in October 2023.

Camilo Cuesta-Martinez, 46, is charged with felony residential burglary after being taken into custody at the DuPage County court facility where he was appearing on unrelated charges.

Bartlett police investigated an Oct. 27, 2023 residential burglary at a home on the 900 block of Tallgrass Drive. Investigators determined forced entry had been made and personal property stolen from within.

With assistance from the North Regional Major Crimes Task Force, Bartlett police reported their investigation had identified Cuesta-Martinez as a suspect in the burglary.

He was transported to the DuPage County Jail to await a detention hearing.
