Learn about Celtic spirituality at Gary UMC in Wheaton

The community is invited to learn more about Celtic spirituality on Sundays, Jan. 26-Feb. 9, at Gary United Methodist Church, 224 N. Main St. in Wheaton.

The Rev. Jamie Hanna Williams will lead the class, “Exploring Celtic Spirituality,” at 10:10 a.m.

Williams, who has many ancestors from Ireland, Scotland and England, said, “I have been fascinated by the history and practice of Celtic Christianity, born and nurtured in the British Isles.”

Come and explore the faith and spirituality of the Celtic people and how it can help you today to strengthen your own spiritual practice and revive the churches.
