Don’t just praise Jimmy Carter; emulate him
Many politicians have commented on Past President Carter’s character. His interest in peace, the environment, fairness to all, justice for all.
Instead of just admiring Carter’s virtues, maybe it is time for all of our politicians to follow his lead and try out some of his qualities.
It would certainly smooth out the coming political roughness. And it might let all these politicians actually accomplish something worthwhile.
Perhaps we could have a political movement for integrity?
Or for country first?
Or for true leadership instead of political maneuvering?
We should be so lucky.
