Churchill Place seniors give gifts of appreciation to Glen Ellyn police

Local memory care residents recently showed their appreciation for their first responders.

The residents at Churchill Place, an Anthem Memory Care community, delivered “Survival Kits” filled with treats to the hardworking police officers of the Glen Ellyn Police Department in honor of Law Enforcement Day.

“Our police deserve recognition every day for keeping us safe,” said Ismael Lagunes, life engagement director for Churchill Place. “Our residents wanted to show their support and appreciation for these heroes.”

Churchill Place is located at 190 Geneva Road in Glen Ellyn.
