Batavia officers responded to a call at 1:37 a.m. Jan. 6 at the gas station, 1495 E. Wison St., where a store clerk said they’d just been robbed by a masked man with a handgun who demanded money and lottery tickets.

The clerk described the person as a Black man, about 40 years old, wearing a black ski mask, black parka-style coat and gloves.
