Des Plaines wants to hear from you about active transportation options

Des Plaines residents are invited to share their thoughts about local active transportation options in an online survey.

The survey is part of the city’s effort to improve safety and connectivity for walkers, bicycle riders, skaters and other folks who get around without cars.

The survey is available online at desplainesil.gov/bikenetwork.

City officials are forming a community advisory group to guide the project. The first meeting will be in late January.
