Criticism but no ideas

In her Dec. 18 column, Susan Estrich wonders if Trump is listening and finds murder “understandable?”

Does she really believe more transparency and better customer service will fix the health care system? These are expectations, fine, but not fixes.

She offered nothing but blame and support for people supporting murder.

Try something like preventative health perhaps. It starts with each individual taking responsibility for having their own good health and then creating a health system that supports same.

There are other fixes as well, but she hasn’t offered any. Disgraceful.
