League of Women Voters to host Glen Ellyn’s ‘State of Village’
On Thursday, Jan. 16, the League of Women Voters of Glen Ellyn will present its first community meeting of the new year.
League members, guests, and local residents are welcome to attend the annual “State of the Village” session, featuring Glen Ellyn Village Manager Mark Franz and Acting Village President Donna Jean Simon, who will update attendees on recent and upcoming projects underway in town. The presentation, which is free and open to the public, includes time for Q&A.
It will take place at 7 p.m. at the Glen Ellyn police station, 65 S. Park Blvd. Doors open at 6:45 p.m. On a cold night, participants can expect a warm welcome. Please invite a friend.
