22 apply for DuPage judge position

Twenty-two people have applied to be appointed an associate judge in DuPage County Circuit Court.

The candidates are Bridget M. Carlson Yadron, Megan E. Boyle, Thomas B. Fullerton, Terrance M. Garmon, Matthew T. Guerrero, Amber L. Hopkins, Daniel J. Kordik, Jennifer L. Maples, Sean M. McCumber, Ronald D. Menna Jr., Laura I. Miroballi, Azam Nizamuddin, Louisa J. Nuckolls, Anthony R. Pasquini, Jessica Patchik, Katelyn Rasley, Rhonda Sallee, Todd D. Scalzo, Alec J. Smith, Akash B. Vyas, Robert P. Walsh and Alice L. Wilson.

The vacancy is the result of Judge James D. Orel retiring on Dec. 31.
