Teens can make ornaments at the Des Plaines Public Library on Tuesday

Des Plaines-area teenagers are invited to the Des Plaines Public Library on Tuesday to create clay ornaments.

The free program is scheduled to run from 4 to 5 p.m. at the library, 1501 Ellinwood St. It’s open to seventh- through 12th-graders.

Participants can use materials and equipment provided by the library or bring their own projects.

Registration isn’t required.
