Shed catches fire next to Naperville home, causes an estimated $110,000 in damage

A fire in a shed adjacent to a home in Naperville late Wednesday caused an estimated $110,000 in damage to the house.

No injuries were reported from the fire that was reported just before 7:45 p.m. on the 300 block of Carriage Hill Road on the city’s southeast side.

It took nearly 20 minutes to bring the fire under control.

The residents were allowed back in the home afterward.
