How you can donate toys for needy kids in Mundelein

Mundelein firefighters are collecting toys for needy kids this holiday season.

New, unwrapped toys can be dropped off at the main fire station, 1000 N. Midlothian Road, through Dec. 15. It’s part of the annual Toys for Tots program.

Donations can be big or small. The Highland Park Fire Department donated a box of gifts to Mundelein’s effort, officials announced on Facebook.
