Enjoy traditional and modern holiday tunes at Northwest Concert Band's Dec. 21 concert
The Northwest Concert Band will perform Christmas, Hanukkah, folk tunes, and traditional works from other cultures at its annual holiday concert on Saturday, Dec. 21, at the Community Church of Rolling Meadows.
Pieces will include “Do You Hear What I hear?” (Regney/Shayne), “Scenes from the Louvre” (Norman Dello Joio), “A Fresh Aire Christmas” (Calvin Custer), “Sleigh Ride” (Leroy Anderson) as performed by Doc Severinson and the Tonight Show Band, and many more.
