Democracy in action

It is very interesting to hear all the liberal Democrats crying that democracy no longer exists because Trump won the presidency. This is the pinnacle of a lack of illogical thinking. The results of this election were a perfect example of democracy in action. It was a true and convincing triumph for democracy. The people made their opinions and voices heard at the voting booth. Trump not only won the Electoral College by a huge majority, he also won the popular vote. Anyone who denies or criticizes the results of this election and states that democracy was not served simply do not understand the meaning of the word. It seems like their elitist attitude will not allow them to admit they could possibly be on the wrong side of the issues.
