Control what you can
The great thing about fearmongering election results is if you are wrong, you have already moved on to the next bogeyman. There is no accountability for the faulty and irresponsible predictions that paralyze a portion of the population, incite others and rarely bring people to your line of thinking.
Our federal government is designed to promote gridlock. It’s why there is always disappointment in not getting instant gratification when your candidate wins. When an election does not go your way, you’ll live to fight another day. Hopefully instead of stewing in your resentment, you take care of the things you can control and are a net positive citizen.
Turn off the news, get some exercise and control what you can control.
