Pedestrians after dark

Now that time change has come, I would like to make a plea to parents/grandparents, bikers, walkers and runners — get some reflective material to alert drivers. En route to shopping recently, I encountered several preteen bikers and a couple of parents with strollers right at dusk — without any reflectors. I could not see them as I prepared to turn. Get reflectors for bike/stroller wheels, get reflective clothing or get a reflective sticker.

The next day just before dawn I encountered a jogger with a blinking light — well done.
