Huntley church hosts Blue Christmas service Dec. 3

A Blue Christmas service in remembrance of loved ones who have died will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, at Shepherd of the Prairie Lutheran Church, 10805 Main St. in Huntley.

A simple service will include readings and carols in remembrance of the loss of loved ones.

Those who have suffered a loss of any kind, such as a loved one, a relationship, a job, a purpose, or a sense of self are invited to honor that loss and attend this service.
