Naperville house fire causes $50,000 in damage

Naperville officials are investigating the cause of a Saturday morning fire on the 900 block of North Webster.

Firefighters were called to the home around 5:35 a.m. and found smoke and flames coming from the home when they arrived about six minutes later.

No one was home at the time of the fire, which was brought under control by 5:55 a.m. Fire officials estimate the blaze caused $50,000 damage. No one was injured.
