Voting for integrity in judge candidate

As a father of two small children, I am deeply invested in the future of our community and firmly believe that character is one of the most important qualities a public servant can possess. For this reason, I am wholeheartedly supporting Judge Kenton Skarin in the race for the Third Appellate District in Illinois.

Judge Skarin has built his career on a foundation of integrity and respect for the rule of law. But most important to me is his commitment to serving the public. Given his qualifications and intellect, Judge Skarin could be working anywhere, but instead, he chose to give back to his community. His years of dedicated service in the courtroom are a testament to his unwavering sense of justice and fairness.

I’ve had the pleasure to witness Judge Skarin’s impartiality and professionalism, which sets him apart and makes him exceptionally qualified for this role. Judge Skarin’s judgment and legal expertise will benefit not only our community but also Illinois as a whole.

The word “judge” is in the word “judgment” for a reason — and if you don’t exhibit good judgment, you should not be a judge. It’s that simple. Our children, families and community deserve fair judges who embody the principles they are sworn to uphold. Judge Kenton Skarin represents the values I want to see in the judiciary.
