St. James School Girls Cross Country first place state champs
St. James School, Arlington Heights, Girls Cross Country team is the 2024 IESA Class 1A first place state champions.
The race took place at Maxwell Park in Normal, on Saturday, Oct. 19. They competed against 23 other schools that qualified and dominated the race to secure the championship title.
Two athletes were recognized for their exceptional performances, with Gianna S. securing second place and Caitlin R. finishing 15th.
