Man charged with possessing cocaine, heroin in Naperville
A man was charged Tuesday with cocaine, heroin and fentanyl possession after a police investigation into drug dealing near Route 59 and Pebblewood Lane in Naperville, officials said.
Police arrested Eugene Walker, 33, and he was charged with three counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, according to a news release from the Naperville Police Department. The release gave Walker’s address in Chicago; DuPage County court records show his address in Woodridge.
Officers saw him walk to a building near Pebblewood, contacted him, and found he had 125 grams of cocaine and 44 grams of a heroin-and-fentanyl combination, the release stated.
Walker was freed from jail Wednesday to await trial.
